Diced Shoulder, "Edelgoulash" / A Quality
A boneless shoulder with the shank and neck removed is trimmed of tendons, main sinews, visible fat and fell. The remaining 4 Shoulder muscles are removed along the natural seams and diced into regular square shaped pieces of 30-50gr with a minimum thickness of 1cm. Packed in 2,5kg vacuum bags.
